The challenge Kate faced with our Team Leaders was mainly confidence building, as she had a group of people who were new to management and speaking in public. We found the Team Leadership Programme to be very successful in creating a team spirit, encouraging proactive management techniques and improving communication skills. Kate also organised a follow-up team working session a few months later, which was equally as successful.
We found Kate’s initial consultations extremely useful in helping us decide what level of training was required for our Team Leaders, and the relevance to their roles. Kate ran her training sessions in a professional manner and easily gained the respect of the delegates on the course. Our Team Leaders were pleased that Kate worked with them on a one-to-one basis to get the best out of them, by giving individual feedback and encouragement. We felt that Kate provided the right level of theoretical and practical skills to our Team Leaders as this was the first programme of this kind that we had introduced.

I am more than happy to provide you with some feedback on the 3 events we did work together for: IDF/EASD (Paris) and EASD (Munich) booth duty training.
The objective of our collaboration was to provide the Medtronic booth duty workers (mostly sales people from the European region) with the right attitude and skills required for a successful trade show.
During 2 half days, you managed to get the whole Medtronic team excited about a well defined 'booth duty mission', which integrated product message, Medtronic mission, and your own concept for successful trade shows. You created team cohesiveness and ownership amongst the sales people, and brought their motivation to the next level through an integrative, hands-on training style.
As a result of your training, we did exceed our goals for the 2 trade shows substantially with regards to customer leads and/or future sales opportunities. The booth behavior of the team you did train was exemplary and well above our competition. Most importantly, the individual employees in the countries did remember IDF 2003 as one of the most successful congresses they ever had and kept asking us to work again with Fully Equipped, as you provided them with sales concepts which work well beyond a booth duty training.

The course united a diverse mix of product groups and nationalities, providing a safe and fun environment for the group to prepare and interact in the lead-up to the exhibition.
We collected 539 leads over the three days of the exhibition, which is more than four times the number of leads collected two years ago in Helsinki! More than one in ten surgeons attending EFORT expressed an interest in one of our products and wanted a local Sales Rep to contact them.
