Ian Chamberlain

Regarded as a leading European authority on helping sales people gain access to senior customers, Ian is passionate about sales and fascinated about “What makes the best the best”.

After a multi award winning sales career, including 9 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ian moved into training and development in 1997. Firstly as a Sales Trainer and then a Performance Improvement Coach, Ian went on to be the UK’s Sales Training Manager for a multi national US pharmaceutical company.

After leaving the pharmaceutical industry Ian worked as a Senior Consultant for one of the world’s major business consultancies specialising in sales. He has worked on numerous UK, European and US projects, successfully designing and implementing bespoke solutions in a variety of industry sectors. He co-founded Fully Equipped with his wife, Kate in 2002.

Kate Chamberlain

Kate has a deep interest in personal learning and growth, communication skills and effective teamworking. She holds a strong belief in the importance of learning to understand and appreciate the differences in others.

Following attainment of her Business Diploma in 1990, Kate pursued a career in the pharmaceutical industry, winning several awards for highest product sales and Representative of the Year. Following a long-held desire to move into People Development, she moved to a multi-national Swiss pharmaceutical company, where she spent 5 years as Training & Development Manager, working with multiple functions and at varied levels in the company.

Kate became an independent Consultant in 2001 as part of her objective to improve her life balance. The move to form Fully Equipped with her husband, Ian, seemed the natural and yet very exciting step to take in offering their combined skills and expertise to clients. Kate is a qualified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She uses her expertise in this area to deliver rapid 1:1 breakthrough coaching and accelerated learning on group workshops.
